Our shipping is easy, $5 flat rate shipping on continental US orders!
For any other orders, we will send you an exact shipping quote before you are charged anything.
We try to ship our orders as environmentally conscious as we
can. We reuse boxes and packing material that come inbound us,
and misprinted boxes that we source locally when ever possible.
In other words,we use ugly boxes:)
We really appreciate
our international customers and will ship anywhere except
Nigeria. We ship internationally daily using USPS First Class or Priority
Mail whenever possible. We have shipped to over 62
countries. We will quote you exact shipping charges based on your order. We will NEVER charge you for shipping unless you say it is okay to. Expect
delivery to your home in around 2-4 weeks.
International Shipping is calculated by weight. When we have your order packed, we will contact you with shipping charges. If the charges are more than you would like to pay, just let us know and the order can be cancelled, no worries!

us to put "gift" on your customs slip. Putting "gift"
on customs slips does not work very often and will often
attract attention from customs officers. It is also a
felony offense that would land us in federal prison if we were
caught. We wish that customs charges did not exist, we have
to pay them when we bring in inventory from other countries
We issue refunds,
exchanges, or credits (your choice!) for any reason within two weeks of receipt. Refunds will be sent via Paypal or the credit card you used. We stand behind our items and we want
you to be happy! Clothing must
have tags still on them. Items must be in original
Refunds do not
include shipping costs. If you return anything (unless there was an error) you are responsible for return shipping and the full cost of the original shipping. We offer $5 shipping but usually the shipping costs are much greater. For example, if it costs $15 to ship an item to you, we will subtract $15 from the refund. The inexpensive shipping is a gift to you, but if you return an item, we should not incur this cost. Items purchased for Christmas/Yule
presents can be refunded/exchanged up to 2 weeks after
Damaged items-Please notify us immediately if anything
breaks in shipping. We pack your treasures very
carefully but sometimes breakage happens. If you receive a
broken item, please call us or email us as soon as possible. Please keep the
packaging as UPS may want to see it as part of the claim. We
will take care of the claim for you.
We will arrange a return and
replacement. Please do not send anything back without
talking to us first.
Exchanges-If clothing or rings do not fit, please contact
us to arrange a return and refund or exchange.
Nonreturnable Items- Sale
items, bath and body items, earrings or clothing that has been worn or if it has been longer
than two weeks since you received the item are nonreturnable.

of stock or delayed items.

responsible for its arrival. We also need current email
addresses to update you on your package's status. Sometimes
Paypal will revert to old addresses, we don't know why this
happens but please check the address on your order.
